You’d be mistaken if you thought that the only way to your employees’ hearts is through their pay cheque.
A recent report published by PWC and entitled ‘Managing Tomorrow’s People‘ reveals that 47% of the working population are more interested in achieving a work-life balance than an increment to their standard pay. Of the 1,200 people surveyed, from various sectors, 41% of men and 54% of women said they valued flexible working above any other employment benefit.
