How We Do It

Our  services are delivered on a modular pay-as-you-go basis, with optional retainers which guarantee priority response and employment risk reassurance throughout the year.

After an initial cost-free consultation we normally recommend an audit of your existing HR practices which will help us to identify where any gaps may be.

Occasionally our support ends there – with a summary report of our observations and recommendations – or it may lead to a proposal outlining how we can help, and how much our services will cost you.
