Ruth Johnson, Director of Black&WhiteHR, leads on strategic and operational projects.  Qualified in both business and employment law, and holding Associate membership of the CIPD, Ruth combines her theoretical knowledge with over 20 years’ hands-on experience in operational HR management.  She has a corporate background (including Goldman Sachs and Andersen Consulting) and has led HR at strategic director level for global and award-winning organizations.
