Leadership & Management

Sioban O’Connor is our Senior Consultant on leadership and management in schools.  She has over 20 years’ experience in education and is a Research Associate for the National College of School Leadership.  Sioban started her career in teaching, concurrently working in management and leadership roles.  She holds a BA (Hons) in English & Drama, MA (Ed) in Education Management, and the National Professional Qualification for Headship.
